We help maintain, manage, and beautify the Roberto Clemente Plaza on Willis Avenue between E 149th and E 148th Streets in partnership with NYC DOT and The Horiculture Society of New York. If you are interested in having an event in Roberto Clemente Plaza, please review the New York City guidelines for plaza events before applying for a permit with the Office of Citywide Event Coordination and Management’s Street Activity Permit Office (CECM/SAPO).
